I further understand and agree to all of the following terms.
· The Clubhouse/Pool at Bluebonnet Highlands is a private club and I am bound to its rules and regulations.
· Member must be current with the payment of Association Dues before access to any facilities owned by Bluebonnet Highlands Homeowners Association is only granted.
· The Clubhouse is a NON SMOKING facility - The Host agrees to abide and inform their guests.
· The Host agrees to “Hold Harmless” Bluebonnet Highlands Homeowners Association Members and its Board of Directors should any accident or injury occur to The Host or their guests during their use of the Clubhouse and other facilities.
· Reservations are made on “First come-First served” basis, and if the above date, or time is not available The Host will be contacted to choose another date.
· Use of outdoor grills, spits, BBQ’s, of any type, etc., are NOT permitted including; inside The Club, outside on any covered areas, or anywhere inside the swimming pool and Tennis Courts fenced area, or anywhere in the parking lot. Grills, BBQ, Boils, will be allowed outside The Clubhouse and only in a designated area. See the HOA representative for details.
· The Host and guests will share use of the swimming pool, tennis courts and parking lot with any other HOA member(s) who may be present at the time stated above.
· The Host agrees to be responsible for their guests and must be present with their guests during the entire time stated above. Guests have use of the facilities only during the time stated above and only if The Host is present.
· The Host agrees to be responsible for The Clubhouse/Pool Area during the times stated above and will do everything in their power to stop any behavior which could cause damage to The Clubhouse/Pool Area.
· The Host agrees to pay for any damages, if they occur, to The Clubhouse/Pool Area during the times stated above. If damage occurs and The Host does not pay for damages then the HOA will lien the Host’s Lot.
· The Host agrees to return all tables, chairs, etc. to their original location and pick up trash and debris associated with the rental.
· The Host agrees to pay a deposit of $40.00 to Bluebonnet Highlands Homeowners Association at the time the reservation is made, and understands and agrees to pay a minimum of $20.00 for Pool Rental. There will be a $5 cancellation fee. Further, The Host agrees to pay for any cleaning, if required.
· The HOA representative will inspect the facilities after use by The Host and guests and if no damage is visible, and no rules and regulations are violated, will return the deposit to The Host less the Janitorial costs as required.
· The Host is responsible for organizing any items needed for their party. For example; cups, plates, napkins, flatware, food, drink, extra chairs, furniture, decorations, (no holes are allowed in the walls of clubhouse) etc., any items The Host requires to enhance their party. The HOA does not provide any of these items.
· The gate at the clubhouse is there to prevent unauthorized admittance to the clubhouse area. This is for your protection as well as the protection of others and clubhouse property. When you have your event, please plan on having someone monitor the gate to admit your guests.
